I choose to redefine the unusual use of imagery to include bold, colorful images. Combining aspects of both the unconventional and inventive images as experienced by my impressionist series. For some of my work the techniques are the reverse of conventional notion, the artistic process of my most recent pieces; most of the manipulations are done after the photographic process.
This allows me to express both colors and perception within a frame. I incorporate a variety of techniques in my creative process including photography, fine arts painting techniques and decorative faux painting techniques. My art provokes a feeling that makes the viewer stand back and scrutinize the unconscious reality contained within the frames.
