Computer Service Support Plans:
The array of services provided by me:
- Create and Maintain Websites ("Webmaster" services)
- Install and configure software
- Install and configure hardware (ie: printers, modems, organizers, etc.)
- Computer
- Technology advisory service
- Technical liaison with other outside vendors
- Create program templates (ie: in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Backup computer hard drives
- Hard drive file maintenance
- Perform research on the internet
- Training
- Telephone and e-mail support
- Data entry or conversion of existing programs

Simply put, each plan buys you support time, an annual or monthly number of hours which are broken into regular
intervals (monthly, bi-weekly, weekly, etc.).
Includes all on-site services, and any combination of on & off-site support.
Telephone support – to answer those "how do I do…" questions; or to receive help with a problem – fast.
E-mail support – when you have a question, but won’t be available to talk on the phone or meet in person.Remote computing – many times, problems can be solved and can usually be attached and delivered
quickly, any time of the day or night.
AND…evening hours are available for those times when your office cannot be disturbed.
Services that are not billed for (free):
The time spent (off-site) to learn your specialized or uncommon software. This may require me to
borrow your manuals & programs, but since I am "use to" those concentrated computer technical
writings, I’ll quickly become skilled at it at no cost to you.
